Summer 2008 This year has been quite special since Alex and I went to France to the Atlantic coast and to see our familly. So no exotic places to visit but I hope that you will still enjoy the pictures. I have also added some pictures in the month of July of our trip to Lisbon in Portugal.

Monthly pictures I have started a new section called 'Monthly Photos'. In this section I will select one photo every month taken during that month. In addition more photos of that month will also be available. This is a way to share my pictures on a monthly basis and to analyse what I did during that month.

Wildlife - November 2007 It has been a few months that I am getting at taking pictures of wildlife birds in the delta of Llobregat very near to Barcelona. I have upgraded my equipment to a 300 mm fixe focal lense with a 1.4x converter but the technique is still not there. More progress on this soon.

Mongolia - August 2007 Mongolia is a country at the border between Russie and China that tries to keep its cultural and economical independance from both countries. The travelling conditions are sometimes difficult but it is worth the scenery.

Algeria - April 2007 Trekking of one week in the Tassili N'Ajjer. The Tassili N'Ajjer is located in the south east of Algeria in Central Sahara. A continuously changing landscape of dunes and volcanic rocks were awaiting for us; an unforgettable experience. Thanks to our guide Ahmed (Hamada).

Moon eclipse - 03/03/2007 A total full moon eclipse was visible everywhere in Europe. A photo-montage is shown here.

Paris - Nov. 06 - Feb. 07 Having the opportunity to spend a few weekends in Paris, I rediscovered this marvellous city.
